Alison Ann Sweeney is an American actor, reality host writer and director. Sweeney is best known for her role as Samantha Sami Brady on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives a role she played under contract with the show between January 6 and October 30 in 2014. in 1999 Sweeney decided she'd had enough. She stopped adhering to fads which comprised cabbage, grapefruit and other diets. Sweeney made lifestyle changes such as getting rid of soda and sweets as well as joining boot camp type classes.
